Can I go Pro and back to Solo?
Yes, anytime. At the end of your paid period you automatically revert to Solo. Your data is preserved; only Pro features are disabled.
How is my data stored?
On infrastructure operated in Belgium. PostgreSQL encrypted at rest, daily backups. You can export anytime, free or paid.
Why no self-hosted version?
Sygnet is a hosted service: we handle the maintenance, you use it. An on-prem appliance is available on the Enterprise plan.
How do I cancel?
From your account dashboard, in one click. No commitment, no penalty. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
What about latency outside Europe?
Sygnet works worldwide. The server is in Belgium (<50ms in Europe, ~120ms North America). Real-time WebSocket sync = no perceived latency issues.
