By creating a Sygnet account, you accept the terms below.

Service

Sygnet is a cross-browser bookmark sync service, operated in Belgium. The Solo plan is free; paid plans are described on the Pricing page.

Acceptable use

No bookmarks pointing to illegal content. No mass API scraping. No abuse of the free tier (multi-account to bypass device limits).

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No prorated refunds except where required by law.

Liability

Sygnet aims for best-effort uptime on the Solo plan and a contractual SLA on Team / Enterprise. Publisher liability is capped at the last 12 months of billed amounts.

Governing law

Belgian law. Courts of the publisher's jurisdiction.
